Comments: " This is a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service Steve and Daniel provided to me. The bearing in the roof fan broke and was making noise. My handyman said he could repair it on the weekend. He was unable to remove it and ended up damaging the roof. New rule never go on the roof in August monsoon season. I am very thankful that D&L returned my call promptly, and came by on Sunday to assess the situation and schedule repairs. The roofing company that did my roof left me several bundles of shingle for future repairs. Unfortunately they weren't the once they used on my roof. Steve and Daniel took extra time and effort to located similar shingles for the repair. Not just repairing the damage but also closely matching the existing. I am very thankful for Steve as dedication, commitment and going the extra mile, this is very hard to find nowadays. Always never crowded along the extra mile. Thanks, Linda. "

This leak occurred after I had hired another company to perform a substantial repair a year earlier. D&L came out and informed me how they would fix my roof and what it would entail. They provided me a range of costs assuming the level of damage to the structure underneath the foam. They came out several times during the storms to make patches to ensure the leaking would slow down and once dried out, 4 more times to do the work. They called before every trip out to make sure I knew what they were doing and the progress being made. The final cost was less than half of the other companies work and I could not be more pleased. "
